For ages 12 to adult the cost for a private party is a flat fee of $300 that covers up to 10 painters and $30 for each additional painter (max 125 painters).
We can have the party at the studio (305 North St, Pittsfield, MA-holds up to 50 guests), your home, business, or any where else that you would like. All painting choices are the same price and most projects can be adapted for a kids class as well. Send inquiries here. Dates are first come, first served.

She's a fantastic artist, her rates are competitive and she's AWESOME with kids! Her studio is in Westfield, MA (40 minutes from Pittsfield), so if you don’t want to travel to her, she will come to you!
Schools - Charities - Family in Need - Community Project
A painting party is a great idea for a fundraiser since the donor goes home with something tangible. You set the ticket price, anything over $25 goes towards the fundraiser. We provide all materials and instruction for each guest to create a large 16x20 original canvas painting, or any other art project. You get to pick the painting from the current options of over 225 projects. If you don't find the perfect painting for your event in the options, we will be happy to create a custom painting for you at no additional charge.
We can hold the event at the studio in Pittsfield, or any other location of your choosing. There is no charge to use the studio, and it holds up to 50 people. If we have it at the studio complimentary snacks are provided and you have the option of a Cash Bar or BYOB for the alcohol part. If event is held elsewhere, max painters is 125.
Berkshire Paint and Sip will create a flyer for the event that is then emailed to you for printing and distributing at your discretion. We also provide advertising through the studio, our website, berkshires.org, iBerkshires.com, Berkshire Eagle and Facebook. Any additional advertising will be at your organizations discretion. Booking the event 4-6 weeks in advance is suggested to allow ample time for people to learn about the event and sign-up so you have the highest turn-out possible.
Berkshire Paint and Sip will collect payment from your guests through online ticket sales. We will then pay the fundraising proceeds to your organization on the night of the event based on the number of people who purchased tickets.
The process is simple... you pick a date, venue, painting, and ticket price. Please note that the dates are first come, first served, so the sooner you decide, the more likely you are to get your first or second date choice. Send inquiries here.
