Michelle the Painter owns the copyrights to her original designs. Rules for use of her original designs are:
You are allowed to sell or gift paintings that you create using her designs or tutorials. If you would like to give her credit, that’s awesome, but she doesn’t require it.
You are allowed to exhibit paintings that you create using her designs, however, some venues will not allow you to exhibit pieces unless it is your own original design, so check with the venue before you display a painting with Michelle’s design.
You are not allowed to teach her designs to others for profit, or use her videos to teach a class for profit, unless you purchase a teaching license here.
You are not allowed to make prints of your paintings with Michelle’s designs for mass production and/or for commercial use without written consent. For inquires pertaining to mass production and/or commercial use, send inquiry here.
Licensing of Michelle the Painters Original Designs
Each original design is available for licensing to use for commercial purposes, such as, but not limited to: teaching art students in formal classroom, paint & sip social events, fundraisers and mass production.
